The Ohio University College of Business announces a nationwide search to recruit a Tenure-Track Assistant Professor of Analytics in the Management Information Systems (MIS) Department. The position seeks candidates that have recently obtained a PhD or are ABD with the ability to engage in a dynamic Business Analytics teaching and research environment. This position will have a 5-courses/year teaching load; however, the load will be 4-courses/year for the first two years.

Minimum Qualifications 
1. ABD or earned Ph.D. in Analytics/MIS or related field
2. Evidence of teaching effectiveness and the potential to contribute to curriculum development in Business Analytics areas 
3. Ability to contribute to the department’s commitment to high quality research in relevant areas 
4. Ability to contribute to the service mission of the department and college

Preferred Qualifications
1. Evidence of ability to teach in Prescriptive and Predictive Analytics areas
