Open Position - University of North Georgia - Assistant / Associate Professor of Information Systems - Fall 2018

The University of North Georgia (UNG) is currently accepting applications for an Assistant or Associate Professor of Information Systems in the Department of Computer Science and Information Systems at the Mike Cottrell College of Business (MCCB). This is a full-time tenure-track position with benefits with a start date of August 1, 2018. UNG is a University System of Georgia institution, and the MCCB is an AACSB-accredited college of business that offers programs in the North Georgia region. The MCCB serves more than 4,400 students in our service area. The position will be located at the Dahlonega campus, which offers abundant cultural and recreational opportunities as well as an outstanding quality of life. The department offers a B.S. in computer science, a B.B.A. in information systems, a graduate certification in IT leadership, graduate certificate in cybersecurity, a concentration in Information Assurance and Security, five minors in specialized domains of computer science, and an Associate's degree in computer science.
