The Operations & Information Management (OIM) Department of the Isenberg School of Management invites applications for a full-time Lecturer position, non-tenure track, in Information Systems to start in September 2018. The initial appointment will be for one year, with renewal based on performance. The Lecturer will join a team of faculty noted for excellence and innovation in undergraduate and graduate education. The successful candidate will work with faculty, teaching assistants, and advising staff to assess student outcomes and foster student success.

REQUIREMENTS:
Candidates must have a doctoral degree in Information Systems (IS), or a related discipline, by August 31, 2018. This full-time position requires teaching six course sections per academic year. Teaching responsibilities include an introductory course in Business Intelligence and Analytics, and other IS courses as needed. Teaching experience or evidence of expertise in data modeling (ER diagrams, relational models, & star schemas), database management systems, structured query language (SQL), data warehouses, and visualization is required. Expertise in project management and other IS topics is desirable. Demonstrated ability, or potential, to teach at the undergraduate level in face-to-face and distance education formats is required.
