[AISWorld] To the attention of PhD holders looking for research positions in IS

Dear colleagues,
 
The Portuguese science and technology agency (FCT) opened a call (Stimulus of Scientific Employment - call for Individual Support) for applications to research contracts  with a duration of 5 years, covering junior or senior research positions.
Applications are submitted individually by candidates holding a PhD degree.
The call closes on the 16th February 2018.
 
Selected researchers will be associated to a host institution - a R&D unit funded by FCT.

Candidates must contact the host institution in advance in order to negotiate an agreement for the execution of their research plan.
 
The Department of Information Systems of University of Minho, Guimarães, Portugal, through the ISTTOS Research Group at ALGORTIMI R&D Centre (a FCT funded R&D unit), seeks to host researchers funded through this FCT call. Applications from suitable candidates will be endorsed by University of Minho / ALGORTIMI R&D Centre.
 
Inquiries about research opportunities and interests at Department of Information Systems / ISTTOS Research Group at ALGORTIMI R&D Centre and contacts for setting up a research plan for the application should be directed to isttos at dsi.uminho.pt.
