All accepted papers which have been presented at CITSM 2018 will be submitted to IEEE Xplore. We also gladly inform you that the conference papers of CITSM 2014, 2016, and 2017 have been published on IEEE Xplore (indexed by Scopus).

Selected high-quality papers will be invited to be published, after revision and extension, in special issues of international journals IJWIS, JMM, IJPCC and IJMCMC.
