[AISWorld] Call for Papers: Asdenca at CAiSE2018

Dear Colleagues,

In its 5th year, ASDENCA at CAiSE2018 (Int. workshop on Advances in Service DEsign based on the Notion of CApabiliy) is taking a concern to a new modelling paradigm “capability”, as a candidate to manage concerns of management, adaptation and flexibility of enterprise IS and their data in the presence of often changing business conditions. We encourage original research contributions exploring the challenges and solutions related to the meaning and usage of capability in Information Systems Engineering, as well as industrial case studies advocating the need and the use of this notion to address:

Capturing of organizations' business context
Agile congruence of business and IT
Transferring knowledge from other domains to IS engineering
Supporting adaptation of IS at run-time according to changing contexts
Supporting complex data management in terms of capabilities
Mining of organizational resources and competencies
Analysis of dynamics of change in enterprise and IT systems
Cooperation of organizations using a capability approach
Case studies and best practices in capability use

Important dates
Submission deadline:  4. March, 2018
Notification to authors: 25. March, 2018
CRC copy submission: 25th March, 2018
The workshop: 12. June 2018, in conjunction with CAISE2018 conference

***The accepted papers will be published in Springer LNBIP proceedings, as well as invited for a submission to a special issue of the CSIMQ journal***
