Student Sponsorships

Selected student authors will be selected to get sponsorships that cover registration and accommodation or part of them. In last year AICCSA, more than 50 students were sponsored.



The ACS/IEEE International Conference on Computer Systems and Applications (AICCSA) is a premier conference covering all contemporary areas in computer systems and applications and hence it is an international forum for leading researchers and practitioners in this important and rapidly changing discipline. AICCSA 2018, will be held in the lovely and highly vibrant city of Aqaba in Jordan.

We solicit submissions in the categories of full papers, workshop proposals, posters, and demonstrations.



Call for Full Paper

We are pleased to invite you to submit original contributions to AICCSA 2018 via the official submission system for the conference https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=aiccsa2018. Submissions may include, technical and experimental study, theoretical study, conceptual study, or a survey. All submissions will be peer-reviewed on the basis of relevance, originality, importance and clarity.

A full paper manuscript should be prepared in 10-point font using the IEEE 8.5" x 11" two-column conference format. All papers should be in PDF format, and submitted electronically on easychair at https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=aiccsa2018. A manuscript must not exceed 8 pages (including all figures, tables and references). The manuscript must present original unpublished research that is not currently under review for any other conference or journal. Papers not following these guidelines may be rejected without review. Also submissions received after the due date, exceeding length limit, or not appropriately structured may also not be considered. Authors may contact the Program Chair for further information or clarification. AICCSA 2018 uses double-blind review, which means that both the reviewer and author identities are concealed from each other throughout the review process. To facilitate this, authors need to ensure that their manuscripts are prepared in a way that does not give away their identity or affiliation.

Call for Workshops

AICCSA 2018 invites proposals for workshops on specific aspects that complement the conference main tracks in related areas to Computer Systems and Applications. We seek proposals across a wide range of topics and levels — ranging from fundamentals to the latest advances in hot topic areas. Call for Posters
Authors can submit a 2-page short paper describing the poster content. Submissions should be prepared in 10-point font using the IEEE 8.5" x 11" two-column conference format. If accepted, these 2-page short papers will be published in the proceedings of the conference. Participants will be able to display the poster during the conference. Authors are invited to submit their contributions electronically on easychair https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=aiccsa2018. The recommended poster size is A0 (33.1 x 46.8 in, portrait).

Call for Demonstration
Authors are required to submit a 2-page short paper describing the demonstrated system, clearly indicate what is going to be demonstrated, and state the significance of the contribution. Submissions should be prepared in 10-point font using the IEEE 8.5" x 11" two-column conference format. Authors are invited to submit their contributions electronically on easychair https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=aiccsa2018. Participants will be able to showcase the demo during the conference. The demonstration papers will appear in the proceedings as short papers.

Special Issues

Authors of selected full papers in the conference will be invited to submit extended versions of their work to:  Springer Cluster Computing Journal, Computing and Informatics, International Journal of High Performance Computing and Networking and International Journal of Embedded Systems.

Other journal will be announce soon as well. Papers will be ranked based on their reviewer scores and appropriateness for the journal. All extended papers will undergo a meticulous review process and must include original unpublished work.
