[AISWorld] International PhD course on Theories of Information Systems jointly by the University of Oslo and the University of Agder, Norway

The University of Oslo (UiO) and the University of Agder (UiA) jointly offers a 2 week intensive course on Theories of Information Systems. 
The course is open for national and international PhD-candidates.

The course has its foundation in contemporary theories of Information Systems research, and focuses on the relationship between key theoretical approaches and research methodology, ontology, and epistemology; the appropriateness and usability of these approaches; the relationship and impact of Information System theories in relation to the topics of the candidates; comparing, appraising and critiquing theoretical/conceptual frameworks and the relationship between information technology (IT) and organization; and the various traditions of information systems research.

Students not registered at UiA and UiO must register as guest student either at UiO or UiA.

Participants must arrange their own travel and accommodation. 
The course is approved as a 10 ECTS at UiO and UiA.
There are no tuition fees.
