[AISWorld] Position: Professor in Information Systems

Aston Business School is seeking to recruit an inspirational and highly motivated individual to contribute to the Business School's research, teaching, PhD/DBA supervision, and enterprise activities. We are particularly interested in applicants with interests in the managerial and strategic dimensions of emerging technologies, digitalisation and business models who can lead or significantly contribute to a research centre.

Applicants should have an excellent reputation with a strong international profile and network in their subject area, manifested in leading IS and wider business journal publications. They must have experience in securing substantial funding from different sources, leading externally funded research projects, mentoring junior faculty and undertaking effectively doctoral/postdoctoral research supervision. Further, they should demonstrate a passion for their subject and be able to communicate that passion effectively to the academic, business and policy-making communities.
