For the Information Systems positions, we are particularly interested in candidates conducting research on digital innovation and transformation, including, but not limited to, digital platforms and ecosystems, digital leadership, smart cities, business model innovation, organizational transformation processes, and digital entrepreneurship. 

The Stockholm School of Economics (www.hhs.se) is a leading Northern European business school, ranked no. 1 in the Nordic and Baltic countries. World-class research forms the foundation of our educational offering, which includes Bachelor, Master, PhD, MBA, and executive programs. 

The positions are located in the new House of Innovation, currently with 4 full professors, 3 associate professors, 6 assistant professors, 12 PhD students and 12 affiliated research fellows. The inter-disciplinary research, education and outreach environment is focused on innovation, digitalization and entrepreneurship. We collaborate with a broad network of academics, corporations, government agencies, and civil society actors. The House encompasses the Department of Entrepreneurship, Innovation & Technology, the Jacob and Marcus Wallenberg Center for Innovative and Sustainable Business Development, and the Scania Center of Innovation and Operational Excellence. We contribute to teaching at all levels and work closely with the Stockholm School of Entrepreneurship and the incubator SSE Business Lab to contribute to the Stockholm entrepreneurial and innovation ecosystem.

Current faculty at the House of Innovation include (across the fields information systems, entrepreneurship and innovation): Pär Åhlström, Sarah Jack, Mattia Bianchi, Holmer Kok, Keith Goffin, Michael Barrett (visiting professor), and Magnus Mähring (chair).

The working language of SSE is English. International recruits may apply for partial tax relief for the first three years of employment.
