We are pleased to invite you to participate in the 10th IEEE-GCC Conference & Exhibition (IEEE-GCC 2019) under the theme “Powering the 4th Industrial Revolution”. The conference is organized by IEEE Kuwait section in partnership with the GCC sections to be held from the 19th – 23rd April 2019.

The IEEE-GCC 2019 program will include keynotes and invited speakers, peer-reviewed technical program, short papers, posters and invited sessions and industrial presentations, including but not limited to the following tracks:

INSTRUCTIONS FOR PAPER SUBMISSIONS:

All submitted papers will be peer-reviewed. The accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings. The conference will have special student poster sessions. During the closing ceremony, best paper awards will be presented in three categories: student, academia, and industry. All queries and concerns on the technical program, the tutorial, and the special sessions should be directed to the technical committee at email: ieeegccce at gmail.com

Proceedings & Journal Special Issue:

Accepted papers will be published in the IEEE Conference Proceedings and indexed into IEEE Xplore digital library. Moreover, selected papers will be invited as extended paper for publications in special issues of the International Journal of Technology Diffusion (IJTD), and other Journals will be posted.

Please consider to contribute to and share the CFP with your colleagues.

Important notes

1- Accepted and presented papers will be submitted to the IEEE Xplore® and conference proceedings for publication
2- IEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference, including IEEE Xplore® Digital Library if the paper is not presented by the author at the conference.

The Conference will be held in Regency Hotel, Altaawn Street, Kuwait City, Kuwait.
