Post-doctoral Position at the University of Ottawa, Canada

We are seeking applicants for a post-doctoral position at the University of Ottawa, Canada.

The selected candidate will join an NSERC funded research project dedicated to social commerce (s-commerce). Basically, s-commerce means leveraging social interactions on social networks in the context of electronic commerce (e-commerce). The research project investigates systems design that enables s-commerce,  customer behaviour in s-commerce, and the decision-making process in s-commerce.

Applicants must:
- have a recent PhD in Information Systems or related area
- have research interests in e-commerce, s-commerce, social networks or related topics
- have a strong research record
- be able to work independently
- have good communication skills in English (reading, writing, and speaking)

The position is available immediately. The contract is for one year, but is renewable if results are satisfactory.
