Tenure-Track Professor/Associate Professor/Assistant Professor in Innovation
and Information Management

Applications are invited for an appointment as Professor/Associate
Professor/Assistant Professor in Innovation and Information Management (IIM)
in the Faculty of Business and Economics, to commence as soon as possible,
on a three-year fixed-term basis, with the possibility of renewal.  The
successful candidate with more experience and qualifications may be
considered for direct tenure subject to approval.

 

Applicants should have a Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Information
Systems, Operations Management, Statistics, or a closely related
data-analytics discipline.  The Faculty is particularly interested in those
who conduct high-quality scholarly research and are able to teach courses in
business analytics and related areas.  The appointee is expected to publish
in top-tier journals in related disciplines and to teach undergraduate and
postgraduate courses.  Information about the Faculty can be obtained at

A globally competitive remuneration package commensurate with the
appointee's qualifications and experience will be offered.  At current
rates, salaries tax does not exceed 15% of gross income.  The appointment
will attract a contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a
retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 15% of basic salary, as well as
leave and medical benefits.  Housing benefits will be provided as
applicable.
