Professor Eleanor Jordan passed away last Sunday October 28 at her home, surrounded by the love of her family. She founded and led the MIS programs at the  McCombs School of Business, University of Texas at Austin for over 30 years. She was phenomenal in her ability to build successful programs, get different fields to work together, and build bridges between industry and academia.
