San Francisco's Television Station KTVU reports that the striking San 
Francisco Marriott hotel workers overwhelmingly ratified the new 
contract.  Most return to work tomorrow (Wednesday, 12/5/2018).  Full story:

Yay!  Rob and I, and the rest of your ICIS 2018 team, are relieved as 
ICIS 2018 begins next week at the Marriott Marquis Hotel in San Francisco.
