Please consider submitting a paper to OLKC 2019, which will be held in Brighton (UK) on April 24-26, 2019.

The theme of this year’s conference is : “The Human Side of Innovation: Understanding the role of interpersonal relations in an increasingly digitized workplace”.

Featuring panel discussions by Jacky Swan, Marleen Huysman, Michael Barrett and Anthony Giddens, as well as a new conversational format and an exceptional social program, OLKC 2019 will be the place to share and learn about issues affecting the future of work and organization.
