*REMINDER* - Outreach will take place at the International Conference on Information Systems (ICIS) 2018, San Francisco, CA, in December 2018. The Management, HR and Information Systems Area of the Orfalea College of Business at Cal Poly seeks applicants for a full-time, tenure track, academic year position at the rank of Assistant or Associate Professor in the primary area of Information Systems (IS). Preference will be given to applicants who have strong teaching interest in one or more of the following fields: business analytics, database management, programming and telecommunications. 

In addition to undergraduate courses in Information Systems, applicants must be prepared to teach graduate level courses. Applicants are expected to demonstrate exemplary teaching, a strong publication record and research pipeline, and currency in their professional field. The successful candidate must have completed a doctorate or equivalent degree in Information Systems or a closely related field from an AACSB or equivalent accredited institution. ABD will be considered but the PhD/DBA should be awarded by the time of appointment starts. Must have the ability to work with diverse students and/or engaging diversity in the curriculum.
