Twenty-Second Annual Conference of the Southern Association for Information Systems

March 22-23, 2019

St. Simons Island, Georgia




The annual Southern Association for Information Systems (SAIS), an official chapter of the Association for Information Systems (AIS), will hold its 22nd SAIS conference at The King and Prince Beach & Golf Resort in beautiful St. Simons Island, Georgia from March 22-23, 2019. We invite submissions of abstracts, papers, panels, tutorials, and workshops, from academia, business, or government on current topics in all areas of information systems. Accepted abstracts and papers will be included in the conference proceedings and published in the AIS e-Library.



Paper submissions are eligible for one of the three award categories: Best Student Paper, Best Student and Faculty Paper, and Best Conference Paper.  Best Student Paper selection(s) are eligible for cash prizes up to $200.  The author(s) of the Best Conference Paper will be invited to submit an extended version of the conference submission that will be fast-tracked for publication in Journal of the Southern Association for Information Systems (JSAIS).




IMPORTANT DATES

January 4, 2019 - Submission deadline for abstracts, completed papers, research-in-progress, panels/ tutorials/ workshops

February 8, 2019 - Acceptance notification

February 15, 2019 - Deadline for author registration & submission of final versions of accepted papers

February 20, 2019 - Deadline to make hotel reservations at the group conference rate

March 22-23, 2019 - SAIS 2019 Conference
