   Innovations in Software Engineering Conference, ISEC is the annual conference of
iSOFT, the India chapter of ACM SIGSOFT (http://isoft.acm.org) under the
umbrella of ACM India. The 12th edition of ISEC will be held at COEP Pune, India
from 14 Feb to 16 Feb 2019. ISEC will bring together researchers and
practitioners from across the world to share the results of their work. The goal
of the conference is to provide a forum for researchers and practitioners from
both academia and industry to meet and share cutting-edge advancements in the
field of software engineering.

This is meant to encourage outstation students studying in technical
institutions in India to attend the conference. Each travel scholarship will
consist of the following: Travel expenses against travel booking receipts subject to maximum Rs. 4,000
(Indian Rupees)Free Local hostel accommodation in Pune (on a shared basis)Scholarship recipients may be requested to help with volunteering activities at
the conference. Tasks may include working at the registration desk, helping
session chairs, etc. Overall time commitment will be less than 5 hrs. over the
entire conference period. 
 Selection Criteria Full-time students enrolled in technical institutions in India. The applicant
must have already registered for ISEC 2019 before applying for the scholarship.
These scholarships are competitive and only a limited number are available.
Preference will be given to students who will be presenting papers either at the
main conference or PhD symposium or workshop of ISEC 2019. Otherwise, students
with exceptional research potential will be favoured.
