   - Notification of acceptance: 30 April 2019
   - Poster submission deadline (non-anonymous-camera ready) 15 May 2019
   - Poster acceptance 1 June 2019
   - Camera-ready paper submission and author registration:  1 June 2019
   - Conference: 2-4 September 2019
   - PhD Colloquium: 1 September 2019
