fit the position.

A new PhD position will be soon officially open at the Department of 
Computer and Systems Sciences of Stockholm University.

The student will be part of the group that works on Fractal Enterprise 
Model and its usage for Business Transformation, including Business 
Model Innovation, and Digital Innovation. The model connects the 
enterprise processes via assets that are needed for the processes to 
function effectively. The model can be used for planning and completing 
business transformations from small changes to guiding transformation 
and innovation processes. The model undergone some tests, and was 
presented to and tested by practitioners in Sweden, UK and Estonia. The 
research includes both technical and business sides. On the technical 
side lies the development of a toolkit that facilitates building and 
transforming FEM; this can be done, for example, using the ADOxx 
platform. On the business side lies, for example, field studies and 
developing a library of transformational patterns that facilitates an 
enterprise to radically change their business models to survive and 
prosper in the digitalization era.
