*Background*

We invite the submission of completed and short research papers to the
18th ISOneWorld Conference,
which will be held April 29 to May 1, 2019, in Las Vegas, Nevada. For the
past 18 years, the ISOneWorld Conference has brought together International
Information Systems researchers and practitioners to participate in sharing
ideas and to enjoy the exciting surroundings of the fun capital of the
World – Las Vegas. As an inclusive, peer-reviewed
conference, ISOneWorld offers a unique opportunity for you to submit your
work for publication and feedback in a developmental, workshop-based
setting with colleagues that seek to move beyond traditional demarcations
of methodologies and paradigms, and truly create One World for the IS
field. The conference includes a full program of papers, presentations,
keynotes and publishing opportunities for researchers and practitioners.

*Scope*

As an inclusive conference, ISOneWorld encourages thought-provoking work
and is open to both theoretical and applied work, regardless of the
methodological approach. A unique aspect of the conference is the
opportunity for short research papers. If you have an idea for a project
that is not fully developed, we will provide a venue for you to submit an
abstract of an idea and discuss this project. This *birds-of-a-feather* venue
will allow you to network with colleagues and collaborate upon your idea
with potential new research partners. If your idea is fully materialized,
send your completed work for consideration and receive the feedback to
assist you in crafting your manuscript for publication. Quality
contributions for papers, panels, cases and posters are invited, which are
double-blind peer reviewed.

Topic areas covered in the conference include, but are not limited to the
