The 13th annual ILAIS (Israel Association for Information Systems) conference will be held on Monday June 24, 2019 at Tel Aviv University, Coller School of Management. The Program Chairs invite faculty members, research students, and industry researchers in the IS field to submit a 2-page abstract to one of the following tracks.

1. Completed Research Paper (Conference Presentation) Abstract for a completed research paper should include: title, author(s), introduction, objectives, method, results, and conclusions .
2. Research-in-Progress Paper (Conference Presentation) Abstract for a research-in-progress paper should include: title, author(s), introduction, objectives, method, initial results (if available), and initial conclusions (if available). The structure of theoretical/conceptual/practical papers can be adjusted as needed. 
3. Early Stage Thesis or Student Project (Poster) ILAIS 2019 provides an opportunity for students to exhibit early stage theses or projects as a poster. Extended abstract for a poster include: title, student(s) and advisor(s) names, introduction, objectives, method, initial results (if available), and initial conclusions (if available)  . Details regarding poster preparation will be provided later on. 
Please note: Authors of all papers retain all copyrights and will be asked to agree to publish their abstracts online as conference proceedings. This arrangement allows publishing the complete version elsewhere (including journals, conferences and books).

Although all topics within the IS research domain are welcome, this year we are especially interested in Data Science, Economics of IS, Social Media, Human-Computer Interaction, Internet of Things, Socio-Technical design, Cyber Security, IS Education, Data Analytics, Blockchain, Smart Cities, Health IT, Visual Analytics and Design Science Research. Additionally, in order to broaden the ILAIS audience, researchers in domains intersecting Software Engineering and Information Systems are more than welcome to participate.

Submission Guidelines
Please send the 2-page abstracts in English, using the ILAIS template (here), in one of the following formats: MS Word, RTF or Open Office) by March 20, 2019 to ILAIS.TAU.2019 at gmail.com .

The Israel Association for Information Systems (ILAIS) was founded in 2005 as the Israeli chapter of the Association for Information Systems (AIS). The goal of ILAIS is to promote the exchange of ideas, experiences and knowledge among IS scholars and professionals engaged in IS development, management and use.
