Conference on Information Systems and Technology (CIST 2019) Call for Papers



Conference Theme PREDICT: Purposeful, Real-time, Economics, Data, Intelligent, Cloud, and Things



CIST 2019 calls for innovative ideas on the transformational power of information technology, artificial intelligence, and machine learning on individual behavior, business strategies, and society. We invite original research in all areas of Information Systems and related fields that seek to address issues related to the conference theme. The CIST 2019 co-chairs are Ming Fan, Shawndra Hill, Sam Ransbotham, Raghu Santanam, Vilma Todri, and Han Zhang. The submission process will open on May 27th, 2019 and will close on June 19th, 2019 (11.59pm EST). All submissions will be accepted electronically via Conferency. Submission instructions and other conference-related information will be posted on the conference website at http://cist2019.conferency.com.

Submission Instructions



Important Dates



  *   CIST 2019 Conference Dates: October 19-20, 2019 (Seattle, WA)
  *   Submission Deadline: June 19, 2019 at 11.59pm EST
  *   Notification of Acceptance: August 10, 2019
  *   INFORMS Early Registration Deadline: September 9, 2019
  *   CIST Speaker Registration Deadline: September 9, 2019



Submissions will be accepted through Conferency at http://cist2019.conferency.com.



Papers should follow the specific submission guidelines below:



  *   Maximum of 15 pages (excluding abstract, references, tables and figures), printable on 8.5 x 11-inch paper
  *   12-point font with one-inch margins on four sides
  *   Double-spaced
  *   Indicate on the front cover whether the bulk of the work was done by a student
  *   Blind submissions are encouraged but not required.
  *   Please note that CIST and INFORMS do not take ownership of paper copyrights.
