seeks a talented tenure-track Associate or Assistant Professor in
Information Systems and Technology Management to join our faculty community
beginning August 1, 2020.

The Graziadio School recently completed an ambitious strategic plan

For the suitably qualified candidate, this appointment offers an excellent

impactful practice-oriented research and teaching at one of the leading US
business schools. The School has a diverse portfolio of nationally
recognized [post-]graduate business degree programs, including full-time,
part-time, on-line and executive MBA programs, an innovative Executive
Doctor of Business Administration program, and a range of specialized MS
programs. This position will allow the selected candidate to join a
graduate business school that is focused on new avenues for impactful
practice-oriented research and discovery, and advancement of transformative
student learning experiences.

Pepperdine Graziadio Business School offers degree programs at Pepperdine
University’s main campus in Malibu, California, and at four graduate campus
locations in the Los Angeles area including Calabasas, Encino, Irvine, and
West Los Angeles. Faculty teach core and elective courses in digital
innovation, managing data and IT resources, business process analysis and
innovation, IS project and program management, business analytics,
cybersecurity, managing digital platforms, and digital strategy.

The successful candidate will have a terminal degree in Information Systems
or a related area from an AACSB or EQUIS accredited school by July 31st,
2020, evidence of effective teaching abilities (ideally including
experience with graduate-level teaching through english),demonstrated
ability and sustained commitment to conducting practice-oriented research
and publishing. The Pepperdine Graziadio Business School encourages
candidates who desire to have their scholarship make an impact on both
practitioner and academic communities. Lastly, preferred candidates will
have a willingness to engage in university and professional service, and
have had meaningful business, professional, and/or institutional leadership
experience.

Salary and benefits are commensurate with experience.
