regret that this change *related to COVID-19*  is necessary. However, the
safety and well-being of our conference attendees are our top priority.

The logistics for conference, registration, proceedings and award
submissions will follow our usual format. In the coming days, conference
attendees will receive additional details on how to participate in the
online sessions.

An important characteristic feature of this Conference should be the short
publication time and world-wide distribution. We are pleased to invite you
to submit your papers that must be written in English, complied with the
requested format *Template* (download a DOC example on
https://www.springer.com/us/authors-editors/conference-proceedings/conference-proceedings-guidelines),
must not have been published before, and related with one or more of the
Conference Topics. The paper you are submitting must be your own work and
you have obtained the appropriate consent from all co-authors to publish
the paper at this event.
