Position Summary:
The Department of Marketing, Information & Decision Science (MIDS) at the Anderson School of Management is seeking to fill the position of Visiting Assistant Professor in Management Information Systems to begin August 2020. 

The position of visiting professor is a non-tenure track teaching position with a normal teaching load of 2 classes per semester.  It is a one year appointment and renewal is subject to departmental needs and available funding. The Anderson School of Management is AACSB accredited. The School emphasizes collaborative student interaction, active adult learning, team experiences and scholarship that draw upon a variety of methodologies and subject areas.

The operations faculty is a small, cohesive group that is seeking to expand its course offerings to students of the Anderson School of Management.

Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications: The minimum qualifications must be consistent with Higher Learning Commission standards and compliant with the faculty hiring guidelines.

.A Ph. D. in Management Information Systems or related field by August 17, 2020. Current ABD candidates will be considered.

Preferred Qualifications:

.Evidence of excellence in teaching courses in MIS at the undergraduate and/or graduate levels with a minimum of 3 sections previously taught in an accredited institution.
.Successful publication record or forthcoming research in MIS. Candidates with evidence of research under review may also be considered.
.Compatibility with current departmental teaching and research needs.
.A demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and student success, as well as working with broadly diverse communities.
