[AISWorld] INFORMS Data Science Workshop: Final submission deadline extension

Dear Colleagues,

Upon numerous requests and considering the virtual format of this year's
INFORMS Data Science Workshop, the organizing committee have decided to
offer the final deadline extension. The new submission deadline is Aug 10,
2020.

Again, because the workshop will go virtual this year, we encourage
research all over the world to submit their work to the workshop.
