[AISWorld] Learning action awards winners

The Learning Action Awards selection committee met over the last week to decide on the winners for each of the regions.

The decisions are:

Region 1

The first place award is USD 200 and second place is USD 100. In the case of region 3, both winning teams will receive USD 200.
AIS will also give a donation equal to the award's value to the winners' charity of choice. 
AIS will issue a recognition certificate to each winner.
