The Information Systems and Analytics Department in the Farmer School of
Business at Miami University in Oxford Ohio seeks qualified candidates for
multiple visiting assistant professor or instructor positions starting
August 2021.



*Information Systems*: Visiting Assistant Professor/Instructor positions to
teach a full-time load of Introductory Information Systems or Introductory
Programming/Computational Thinking courses, advise students, and perform
service for the University and the department.

*Required:* Ph.D. in Information Systems or related field for appointment
as a Visiting Assistant Professor; Master’s degree in Information Systems
or related field and industry experience for appointment as an Instructor.
Instructor position (non-PhD) is not eligible for H-1B sponsorship.



Consideration may be given to candidates with demonstrated teaching
effectiveness; business experience in Information Systems; graduate degree
from a business school; willingness and ability to teach introductory
courses in Information Systems or programming/computational thinking to
business students.
