applications for a tenure-track position at the Assistant Professor level
or above. The position is expected to begin Fall 2021. The successful
candidate will be committed to excellence in teaching, research, and
service in an institution dedicated to undergraduate and graduate
education.  The Walker College of Business is committed to ensuring that

Qualifications required are an earned Ph.D. in Information Systems (IS) or
a terminal degree such as DBA or DSc in a closely related field from an
AACSB accredited institution. Exceptional ABDs with teaching and research
experience may be considered. The applicant's academic concentration,
research programs or professional experience should be in areas directly
related to IS, analytics, and/or cybersecurity. Applicants must be able to
demonstrate teaching excellence at the collegiate level along with a strong
commitment to high quality research in the field. The candidate will be
expected to perform university, public, and professional service as part of
the workload. Relevant teaching experience at the university level, a
record of publications in peer reviewed journals and/or certifications in
the field of IS, business analytics or cybersecurity is preferred.
Knowledge of working with popular analytics and/or cybersecurity software
tools and languages commonly used in industry is required. The successful
candidate should have the ability to teach at both the graduate and
undergraduate levels.
