faculty are managing/coping with the transition to online learning/work
environment during COVID-19.

Benefits: Results from this survey will provide an understanding of
challenges faced by faculty, the support systems, and coping mechanisms
that have worked well, and their impact on outcomes. This will help
academic institutions provide appropriate support systems to their faculty.

Also, all respondents who complete the survey will be entered into a
drawing for a $25 Amazon gift card. Up to eight distinct individuals will
be randomly drawn to determine the winners, If you would like your name to
be entered into the drawing, please complete the appropriate section in the
