60 – 100 % / 1.5 years fixed-term with option of deferral / Bern / Start

*What you'll be doing here*

   - Impactful, practice-oriented research in project management and agile
   methods for digital transformation
   - Active participation in the development of the institute to become a
   strong player in the area of digital transformation
   - Application for and execution of third-party funding (grants) with
   academic and industry partners (e.g., InnoSuisse, SNF, EU)
   - Collaboration with industry partners for research projects or
   continuing education
   - Teaching and/or supervision of students in project management and
   related areas, e.g., in our Master in Digital Business Administration

*What you'll bring with you*

   - Ph.D degree in Information Systems, Management, or other relevant
   fields
   - Academic research expertise, preferably evidenced by publications in
   relevant journals
   - Practical experience with the management of digital transformation
   projects
   - Expert-level knowledge in project management, including agile methods
   and traditional approaches, preferably in the context of digital
   transformation
   - Experience and enjoyment in knowledge sharing, preferably evidenced by
   teaching experience at the bachelor's, master's, or continuing education
   level
