Purpose & Scope
---------------------------
The 31st International Conference on Computer Theory and Applications 
(ICCTA 2021) will be organized by the Arab Academy for Science, 
Technology and Maritime Transport (AASTMT) in cooperation with the 
Computer Scientific Society (CSS) with technical co-sponsorship by IEEE 
Alexandria subsection. The purpose of ICCTA 2021 is to serve as a 
multi-disciplinary forum for the exchange of information on research, 
development, and applications of all topics related to computer theory 
and its applications. ICCTA 2021 provides opportunities for researchers, 
specialists and vendors of Information Technology to get together and 
exchange ideas and expertise. ICCTA 2021 is planned to be organized as a 
hybrid physical/virtual attendance conference.

Paper Submission

The official language of the conference is the English language. 
Electronic paper Submission (in PDF format – maximum of 6 pages) is 
available from the conference website through Microsoft Research 
Conference Management Toolkit. (Submission to be in IEEE double column 
format – Please see templates at 
http://www.ieee.org/conferences_events/conferences/publishing/templates.html).
Accepted papers will be published in the conference electronic 
proceedings (requested archival in IEEE Xplore (SCOPUS indexing)) 
conditional upon advance registration of the paper by at least one of 
the authors. Acceptance will be based on a rigorous blind peer review 
process. A paper can be accepted as full or short paper based on the 
review process. All accepted papers will be presented in live conference 
sessions.

AASTMT will support a selective number of registration grants as

Young Egyptian Researchers: A Selective Number of Papers authored by 
young Egyptian researchers will be covered by AASTMT [Less than 30 Years 
old - Must be registered author and Paper Presenter]

Egyptian Female Researchers: A Selective Number of Papers authored by 
female researchers will be covered by AASTMT [Must be registered author 
and Paper Presenter]
