The Seidenberg School of Computer Science and Information Systems at Pace University invites applications for a renewable one-year non-tenure track Clinical Assistant Professor to teach undergraduate and graduate courses in both the Computer Science and Information Technology Departments. Candidates must have the willingness to teach on both campuses, NYC and Pleasantville, depending on departmental needs. 

Successful candidates for this position will reflect the School’s commitment to excellence in teaching and service.  Industry experience is a plus although not required.

The Seidenberg School of Computer Science and Information Systems is committed to increasing the diversity of the campus community. A successful candidate should have strong communication skills and a willingness to work as a team. 

A doctoral candidate or a candidate who already has a doctoral degree in a related field is preferable. Experience in some of the following areas is particularly desirable: 

Cybersecurity
Data Science 
Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning 
Human-Centered Design / UI / UX 
Telecommunications
Prior university-level teaching experience is highly valued with demonstrated success in both traditional classroom and online teaching pedagogies.
