2021)

The International Conference on Mobile and Ubiquitous Multimedia (MUM) 
is a leading annual international conference, which provides a forum for 
presenting the latest research results on mobile and ubiquitous 
multimedia. The conference brings together experts from both academia 
and industry for a fruitful exchange of ideas and discussion on future 
challenges, in a comfortable and effective single-track conference 
format.

The 20th International Conference on Mobile and Ubiquitous Multimedia 
(MUM 2021) will be held in Leuven, Belgium, December 5 - December 8, 
2021.


The ACM SIGCHI development fund is kindly sponsoring the MUM 2021 
conference with a limited number of free online registrations. To apply 
for the fee waiver, please fill in the form at 
https://forms.office.com/r/VBG5E8TZjj.

Applicants from developing countries (listed in the OECD list at 
https://www.mum-conf.org/2020/images/ifcd_list_developing_countries_eligible_8call_en_2017.pdf) 
and from marginalised communities will be prioritised.

In order to be eligible, you must be an ACM member before the event 
itself (5-8 December).

We will accept applications until the midnight of Friday 19 November 
2021 Anywhere on Earth (https://time.is/Anywhere_on_Earth). Results will 
be announced on Monday 22 November 2021.

If you are selected, you will gain access to the MUM Conference's 
private Zoom and Discord servers where you will be able to interact with 
the other MUM 2021 attendees, both physical and remote. You will be able 
to view and attend all the talks, including any social events organized 
by the conference for remote attendees.
