Good day Paul.

Compliments of the season. I have heard a lot about and l am just
publishing an article on one of your works.
I am interested in applying for your PHD program. I do have a few questions
though. You have provided information on the research methods, which should
be fine.
For prospective candidates, do you have specific topics or themes that you
want the PhD students to work on or one should come up with his own topic?
With regard to the stipend, l would like to know what does this cover. Is
the stipend offered as part of the research assistantships or teaching
assistantships? If if so, could you clarify this further for me please?

In terms of the accommodation, are there accommodations in the area and how
does this work?
I had to ask these questions since your website does not provide much
information.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Regards,

Osembe.
