Book:  *Driving Socioeconomic Development with Big Data**: Theories,
Technologies, and Applications*

This book explores the cutting-edge theories, technologies, and
methodologies of big data-driven socioeconomic development with applications,
and highlights the integration of artificial intelligence, business
intelligence, intelligent business, big data technologies, big data
analytics, and analytics intelligence from a perspective of computing,
business, service, and management. This book also provides an original and
innovative understanding of and insight into how the proposed theories,
technologies, and methodologies of big data can improve socioeconomic
development and sustainable development in terms of e-SMACS (electronic,
service, mobile, analytics, cloud, and social) business and services,
healthcare, IoE (the Internet of Everything), sharing economy, blockchain,
5G/6G technology, cybersecurity, robotic automation, and Industry 4.0 in
the real world. The proposed approaches will facilitate research and
development of big data, big data technologies, intelligent analytics, big
data analytics, data science, digital transformation, e-business, digital
service, service computing, cloud computing, social computing, and more.

Topics of Interest

We seek book chapters with original research that promotes the cutting-edge
theories, technologies, methodologies, tools, apps, and applications of driving
socioeconomic development with big data. Submissions that cross multiple
disciplines such as management, service, business, AI, intelligent systems,
computer science, data science, optimization, statistics, information
systems, knowledge systems, decision sciences, and industries to develop
theory and provide technologies and applications that could drive
socioeconomic development with big data, are especially encouraged.

Submission Procedure

All interested authors must submit a chapter proposal (abstract) consisting
of title, authors, and affiliation information and about 150 words for the
proposed chapter identifying the main objectives of your contribution
online at https://www.igi-global.com/publish/call-for-papers/submit/5830,
by March 30, 2022.

Authors of the accepted proposals will be notified by April 10, 2022, and
provided with detailed guidelines for developing the chapter manuscript.
Full chapters are to be submitted online by April 30, 2022.
Submission Format and Evaluation

All interested authors must consult the guidelines for manuscript
submissions at

prior to submission.

Every book chapter submission consisting of 8,000-12,000 words is original.
Only ORIGINAL manuscripts will be accepted for publication by IGI-Global.
Upon acceptance of your book chapter, you will be required to sign a
warranty that your book chapter is original and has NOT been submitted for
publication or published elsewhere.

There are no submission or acceptance fees for manuscripts submitted to
this book publication, Driving Socioeconomic Development with Big Data:
Theories, Technologies, and Applications. All manuscripts are accepted
based on a double-blind peer review editorial process using the eEditorial
Discovery™ online submission manager. Conditioned accepted chapters will
have an additional opportunity for being improved and evaluated. In the
second evaluation, a definitive editorial decision among: accepted or
rejected will be reported. All of the accepted chapters must be submitted
according to the Editorial publishing format rules timely. Instructions for

Contributors may also be requested to serve as reviewers for this project.

The final chapters are copy edited/proofed by the authors prior to
submission, following the IGI Global chapter formatting and submission
guidelines, which will be accessible for the contributor of book proposals.
Important Dates

·         March 30, 2022, chapter proposal submission deadline to the editor.


·         April 10, 2022 Authors of the accepted proposals will be notified.

·         April 30: Submission deadline of the full chapters.

·         September 30, 2022:  Review results due to authors.

·         October 20, 2022: Revisions due from authors.

·         November 20, 2022: Final acceptance/rejection notification due to
authors.

·         Dec 20, 2022: All final accepted materials are due from authors
to the publisher.
