The Inaugural Tenure Project Conference
August 1-4, 2022, Seattle, WA

The goal of the Tenure Project is to help underrepresented minority (URM) business school faculty attain tenure. The Inaugural Tenure Project conference will be held at the University of Washington Foster School of Business from August 1-4, 2022.

Please join us in supporting this project by spreading the word and encouraging the eligible faculty in your schools to register in the conference.  This is an action-oriented conference, aimed at providing the resources junior faculty need to succeed for their specific discipline (e.g., friendly reviews, connections to senior editors and faculty, demystifying the tenure process). Importantly, it's the one opportunity where junior URM faculty at business schools can get together in community.
