The AIS SIG Advances in Sourcing is inviting you to attend the SIG annual event on December 10th, 8:30-10:30, at ITU, Copenhagen. The exact location will be shared with you shortly. You can register using the option available on the ICIS registration form under SIG Advances in Sourcing (please ignore it says Global Sourcing Workshop, it is for the SIG event).

The program for the the SIG event is:
8:30-8:45 Welcome
8:45-9:15 Heiner Himmelreich, Partner and Director Technology & Digital Advantage, Boston Consulting Group:  “A BCG view on Recent Trends in Sourcing”
9:15-9:45  Marius Hartmann, Danish Business Authority: “Sourcing Machine Learning specialists: Good Practices from the Danish Business Authority”
9:45-10:15 Panel on recent trends and opportunities in the area of Sourcing: Heiner Himmelreich and Marius Hartmann.
10:15-10:30 Prize-giving and concluding remarks
The Global Sourcing Workshop will be held also on Dec 10 at the same location (ITU) starting at 10:30 and ending at 6:00pm. Registration for the Global Sourcing Workshop is through the link below (workshop fees this year  - 65 USD (paid in NZD) to cover refreshments, lunch and cost of hiring a room at ITU). There are 11 papers in the 2022GSW and the format will be as in past years - 30min per each paper with a discussant and a Q&A session. We hope you can join.
