Dear colleagues,

This year’s ACM/IEEE International Conference on Human-Robot Interaction
(HRI 2024)is seeking short contributions in the form of datasets, code, and
replication studies to further advance human–robot interaction research
through encouraging and rewarding open-science practices. These short
contributions (4 pages, excluding references) aim to:

   1.

Advance the sharing and reuse of scientific data and code.
   2.

Promote wider sharing, reuse, and replication of existing scientific
   work.
   3.

Provide additional credit and recognition to authors involved in the
production, sharing, and reuse of datasets, code, open science, and
   replication.

Similar to the HRI Full papers, HRI Short Contributions will be fully and
rigorously reviewed, and will be archived in the ACM Digital Library and
IEEE Xplore.

This year’s short contributions submissions will be requested to fall into
one of three categories:

Short papers that provide access to and detailed descriptions of
research data that is of value to the HRI community.

Code:

Short papers that provide access to and detailed descriptions of
different code, tools, and software that is of value to the HRI community.

Replication:

   -
