Call for Papers:
The modern workplace, characterized by the proliferation of remote work, virtual collaboration, and AI-assisted tasks, has brought forth challenges and opportunities in ensuring the well-being of the workforce. The "Navigating Well-being in Modern Work Environments" mini track aims to explore the multi-faceted approach to well-being and its integral relationship with the future of work in a digital world. As digital transformation revolutionizes the traditional concept of work and workspace, understanding the physical, psychological, and emotional well-being of knowledge workers becomes paramount. In a world where the boundaries between work and personal life blur, it is crucial to develop strategies, tools, and organizational cultures that prioritize the holistic well-being of workers.
This mini track invites innovative studies that address well-being from a comprehensive perspective, ensuring that the future of work benefits businesses and the people who power them.
