Systems will be held in St. Louis, Missouri, USA, on December 11-12, 2010, just
prior to the International Conference on Information Systems (ICIS). The
purpose of the workshop is to provide a forum <span class="il">for</span>
discussion and interaction among scholars with research<br>
interests in the cutting edge issues of information technology and systems. The
theme of the conference will be <span style=""> </span>"Creating
Value Through Collaboration".<br>

>From a business perspective, information technology is consistently a major
driving factor behind the biggest threats and the biggest opportunities an
organization faces.<span style=""> </span>As technology
and software become more commoditized, the challenge is to create superior
value though innovative use of technology.<span style=""> </span>Collaboration holds the promise to improve efficiency and
effectiveness, and IT is the key enabler of this revolution.<span style=""> </span>The objective is to simultaneously
create a sustainable competitive advantage and lower costs.<span style=""> </span>Collaborative IT innovations currently center
on such themes as social networking, knowledge management, and service-oriented

INSTRUCTIONS<br>
</b>Submitted research <span class="il">papers</span> are limited to 6
single-spaced, Times New Roman,<br>
12-point font, 8.5" by 11" pages (including tables, figures, and references
and 1" margins on all sides). <span style=""> </span>All submissions will be subject to double blind review. <span style=""> </span>Selection <span class="il">for</span>
presentation at the workshop and publication in the proceedings will be based
on originality, contribution to the field, and workshop interest. </p>

<p class="MsoNormal">Submissions must be sent in electronic form using the <span class="il">WITS</span> 2010 Submission <br>
system. The electronic submission system, as well as instructions, will be
available in late July 2010.</p>

<p class="MsoNormal">Prototypes, demos, and instructional technology submissions
should be submitted through the electronic submission system using the same
guidelines as for research papers.<span style="">
</span>These submissions could include links to any associated software or demo.</p>
