looking for both long chapters (5000-8000 words) of original research in (but
not limited to) the suggested areas, and short chapters (1500-3500 words) with a
practical orientation, in the format of experience reports, lessons learnt,
etc. </span><span lang=EN-US style='font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Candara","sans-serif"'>All
submitted chapters will be reviewed on a double-blind review basis, under the
guidance of the editorial advisory board members who are recognized senior
researchers from both areas. Contributors may also be requested to serve as
reviewers for this project. <o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class=HTMLBody><span lang=EN-GB style='font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Candara","sans-serif"'>If
you are interested in contributing to this book, please submit a <b>2-3 page
proposal</b> for long chapters or about <b>1 page abstract</b> for short
