papers, whose deadline is set for next January 25. We hope you can participate

be held in Beijing, China, 8-11 of June, 2011.<BR>It will be sponsored by the
Institute for Systems and Technologies of Information, Control and Communication
(INSTICC), the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) and the K. C.
Wong Education Foundation, Hong Kong (EKC), in cooperation with the Association
for the Advancement of Artificial Intelligence (AAAI), the Workflow Management
Coalition (WfMC), the Institute of Electronics, Information and Communication
Engineers (IEICE), the IEICE Special Interest Group on Software Interprise
Modelling (SWIM), ACM Special Interest Group on Artifical Intelligence (ACM
SIGART), the ACM Special Interest Group on Management Information Systems (ACM
SIGMIS) and hosted by the Beijing Jiaotong University.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT size=2 face=Arial></FONT> </DIV>
<DIV><FONT size=2 face=Arial>ICEIS is interested in promoting high quality
research as it can be confirmed by last year acceptance rates, where from 448
submissions, 14% were accepted as full papers. Additionally, 28% were presented
as short papers and 16% as posters.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT size=2 face=Arial></FONT> </DIV>
<DIV><FONT size=2 face=Arial>Submitted papers will be subject to a double-blind
review process. All accepted papers will be published in the conference
proceedings, under an ISBN reference, on paper and CD-ROM support. The
proceedings will be submitted for indexation by major international indexers,
including Thomson Reuters Conference Proceedings Citation Index, INSPEC, DBLP
and EI. A short list of high quality papers presented at the conference will be
selected so that revised and extended versions of these papers will be published
by Springer-Verlag in the Lecture Notes on Business Information Processing
Series.<BR>An additional list of papers presented will be selected for
publication of extended and revised versions in a special issue of IJSOI, the
International Journal of Services Operations and Informatics (<A
