For example, in the traditional manufacturing industry, IT convergence is used to reduce risks and production costs as well as improve new product design. In the agriculture sector, IT convergence is revolutionizing farming and cultivation. Agricultural products, grown under automated systems (plant factories) and eco-friendly plant management information systems are in demand. Telecom engineers and software engineers traditionally use different approaches when developing services and applications.
