<DIV>Is it possible for an MBA Mini-dissertation to show that they can do research by following qualitative methods (that is doing interviews) but not transcribing it and placing it as your own summary. My questions are:<BR> 1. Is it not better to do full transcripts of the interviews?<BR> 2. Place a synopses in the body of the text.<BR> 3. Analyse the transcript through a textual analysis software program (content analysis) and then do some form of stats on the tables retrieved.<BR> 4. My feeling is that if a qualitative study is done then bias is present if one do not show the transcript. <BR> 5. Also, is it not better for students to do a questionnaire if the time limit is 6 months to complete the questionnaire.<BR> What is the feeling of the community?
