simplified review procedure is used in the case of Research and Development
Notes, to minimise publications delays. No maximum length for a paper is
prescribed. However, authors should keep in mind that a significant factor in
the review of the manuscript will be its length relative to its content and
clarity of writing. Membership of the SAIEE is not
