This opportunity would be of particular interest to behavioral researchers who are interested in integrating theories and ideas from disciplines beyond their own.<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal style='mso-margin-top-alt:auto;mso-margin-bottom-alt:auto'><span style='font-size:10.0pt'>The INN provides a new approach to search and theory-building that integrates research from multiple behavioral disciplines. It is a part of the <span style='color:#548DD4'><a href="http://behavior.colorado.edu/" target="_blank"><span style='color:#548DD4'>Human Behavior Project</span></a></span>, which develops Natural Language Processing algorithms for behavioral construct integration. The Human Behavior Project is funded by the National Science Foundation and is based at the University of Colorado’s Leeds School of Business.<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal style='mso-margin-top-alt:auto;mso-margin-bottom-alt:auto'><span style='font-size:10.0pt'>The INN contains:<br>* 25,000 constructs<br>* 25,000 other variables<br>* 43,000 construct measurement items<br>* 53,000 construct citations <br>…from 10-20 years of 15 top journals in Information Systems, Psychology, Sociology, Education, and Nursing<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal style='mso-margin-top-alt:auto;mso-margin-bottom-alt:auto'><span style='font-size:10.0pt'>The INN provides:<br>* Keyword search<br>* Semantic similarity search<br>* A persistent organization of variables, constructs and items in a user-created framework<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-size:10.0pt'>We are presently looking for 5-10 early adopters who would used the system for 5-10 hours over a period of month, and attempt to integrate its use into their own literature reviews and theory development.
