<P><STRONG>WORKSHOP OBJECTIVE:</STRONG></P>
<P>The objective of the workshop is to provide an open and constructive discussion forum of important HCI research in Information Systems that addresses the ways humans interact with information, technologies, and tasks - especially in business, managerial, organizational, social and/or cultural contexts. HCI in MIS is concerned with the macro level (versus the micro level) of Human-Computer Interaction analysis.</P>

<P><STRONG>WORKSHOP LOCATION:</STRONG></P>
<P>This year's SIGHCI workshop will be held from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Dec. 4th (Sunday) in the Shanghai International Convention Center (SHICC). Directly following the conclusion of the HCI workshop, the SIGHCI executive meeting will be held from 4:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. in the same room. SIGHCI members and all other interested parties are welcome to attend. </P>

<P><STRONG>10th ANNIVERSARY CELEBRATION:</STRONG></P>
<P>Following the business meeting, workshop participants will adjourn to Reddot (a restaurant 10 minutes walking distance from the SHICC), where a reception will be convened to celebrate the 10<SUP>th</SUP> anniversary of the SIGHCI.</P>
